My biometric machine takes 4 or 5 tries to read a fingerprint. Can it be fixed?
Yes, this is usually caused by a dirty sensor or a worn-out sensor. We will open the machine, clean the optical glass with specialized solutions, and recalibrate the sensor. If the sensor itself is dead, we can replace the sensor module without replacing the whole machine.

Do you provide AMC for systems installed by other vendors?
Yes. We service and maintain systems installed by other local vendors or electricians, even if the wiring is messy. We will first do a one-time audit to fix any critical wiring issues, and then enroll you in our standard AMC plan.

What is the difference between a Comprehensive AMC and a Non-Comprehensive AMC?
A Comprehensive AMC covers both labour and the cost of spare parts (like hard drives or power supplies) up to a certain limit. A Non-Comprehensive AMC covers only the labour and preventive maintenance visits, while you pay for any replacement parts separately. We offer both options.
