The terminals we supply start at 3,000 face capacity and go up to 6,000 faces. For a single factory gate with 500 workers, one ZKTeco SpeedFace is more than enough. The real limit is not the storage capacity, but the speed of the queue during shift changes.
What happens if the lighting is poor?
Face recognition relies on light. If your gate is in a dark corner or has harsh shadows, we will recommend a terminal with an infrared (IR) sensor, which works perfectly in complete darkness. We check the lighting during our free site survey.
Can we use it for door access as well as attendance?
Yes. We can connect the face terminal to an electromagnetic lock or a turnstile so that only authorized personnel with a registered face can open the door.
Can we upgrade from an old fingerprint machine?
